This dessert was my professor Ozoz's invention (you can find her on 'Kitchen butterfly') and I couldn't stop myself from sharing it with you all.
You simply have to raid your fridge for the leftovers, it is made out of four simple ingredients:
Vanilla Ice-cream
Orange zest
Olive oil (to drizzle)
Chocolate (shavings or broken into small bits)
