Have you ever thought about having a palate cleanser before your lunch/dinner? or just in between a course of a meal? I got you covered.
This is an easy to make, bite sized palate cleanser. That was served in a restaurant I used to work at in India and this was one of the customer favorites.
Ingredients
Watermelon
Feta cheese
Sweet Chilli sauce
Mint leaves
Directions
Cut the watermelon into small cubes.
Add a small amount on feta cheese on the top
Drizzle sweet chilli sauce on the top and garnish with a mint leaf.
